近年来热喷涂涂层技术发展迅猛,已成为表面工程领域不可替代的材料表面改性技术,并在诸多工业应用中发挥着关键作用。高熵合金,因其独特的成分设计和微观结构而备受关注,展现出比传统材料更为优越的性能。在热喷涂领域,高熵合金具有极大的学术研究价值和工程应用潜力。简要介绍了高熵合金的概念及其所具备的“四大效应”。同时,结合不同的热喷涂涂层技术(包括等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、冷喷涂、高速电弧喷涂等),详细阐述了热喷涂高熵合金涂层制备工艺的研究现状,旨在为该领域的进一步发展提供有益的参考和理论基础。详细总结了热喷涂高熵合金涂层结构(孔隙率、物相组成)、性能(硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性)等方面的研究进展,并对未来热喷涂高熵合金涂层的发展方向进行了展望,凭借热喷涂技术的特点与高熵合金的性能优势,热喷涂高熵合金涂层具有巨大的工业应用潜力。目前热喷涂高熵合金涂层的材料体系受限,热喷涂材料设计制备有待研究,基于模拟计算与机器学习技术的热喷涂高熵合金涂层材料体系设计将会发挥重要作用。此外,探索涂层制备工艺、后处理工艺与性能协同评价机制对提升涂层性能具有重要意义。

Thermal spraying coating technology has developed rapidly in recent years,and has become an irreplaceable material surface modification technology in the field of surface engineering, and plays a key role in many industrial applications. As a new metal material, high entropy alloys have a unique composition design and microstructure, which exhibits more excellent performance than traditional materials. It has deep academic research value and the industrial application potential in thermal spraying high-performance coatings. The work summarized the advance of high entropy alloy coatings in recent years. Firstly, the definition and characteristics of high entropy alloys were briefly introduced. Based on the technical principles and characteristics of different thermal spraying technologies, the relevant researches on the preparation of high entropy alloy coatings were described. Spraying is one of the common methods on preparing high entropy alloy coatings, including plasma spraying, supersonic flame spraying, cold spraying and high-velocity arc spraying. The research progress on thermal spraying high entropy alloy coatings microstructure (porosity, phase composition), performance (hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance) and other aspects were summarized in detail. And the future development direction of thermal spraying high entropy alloy coatings was prospected. With the characteristics of thermal spraying technology and the performance advantages of high entropy alloys, thermal spraying high entropy alloy coatings have huge industrial application potential. The current material system of thermal spraying high entropy alloy coatings is limited, and the design of the material system of thermal spraying high entropy alloy coating based on simulation calculation and machine learning technology will play an important role. In addition, exploring the coatings preparation process, post-treatment process and performance evaluation mechanism is of great significance to improve the thermal spraying high entropy alloy coating performance.
