氯盐环境下氯离子能够渗入混凝土内部,破坏钢筋的钝化膜,引发钢筋锈蚀,氯离子扩散系数用以表征氯离子在混凝土中的迁移速率,是评价混凝土耐久性的重要指标。本文从测试时间、测量混凝土强度等级范围、测试精度及适用性等方面评述了国内外有关混凝土氯离子扩散系数测试方法,分析比较了各方法的优缺点及适用范围,建立了相关测试方法之间的相关性,为测试和评价混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能提供指导。结果表明,自然浸泡法测试结果可信度高,适用于基于Fick第二定律扩散模型进行寿命预测,常用于重要工程的耐久性评估;ASTM C1202法和NEL法测试速度快且对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的测试结果可区分度较高,常用于混凝土的配合比筛选和质量验收;RCM法测试结果与自然暴露条件的测试结果较为吻合,ACMT法测量氯离子稳态扩散系数更能反映氯离子在混凝土中的长期扩散,则更适用于寿命预测和耐久性设计;Permit法由于实验设备小巧轻便,操作方便且对结构破坏小则主要用于现场无损检测。

Chloride ions can penetrate into concrete under chloride salt environment, destroying the passivation film of steel reinforcement and triggering the corrosion of steel reinforcement. Chloride ion diffusion coefficient (CIC) is used to characterise the migration rate of chloride ions in concrete, and it is an important index for evaluating the durability of concrete. In this paper, the testing methods of chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete at home and abroad are reviewed from the aspects of testing time, measuring the range of concrete strength grade, testing accuracy and applicability, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analysed and compared with the scope of application, and the correlation between the relevant testing methods is established, so as to provide guidance for the testing and evaluation of the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration performance. The results show that the natural immersion method has high reliability and is suitable for life prediction based on Fick’s second law diffusion model, which is commonly used in the durability assessment of important projects; the ASTM C1202 method and NEL method are fast and the test results of chloride ion permeation resistance of concrete can be differentiated with a high degree, so they are commonly used in concrete proportion screening and quality acceptance; the test results of the RCM method are more in line with the test results of the natural exposure conditions, and the ACMT method measures the steady state of chloride ion permeability of concrete. The steady state diffusion coefficient of chloride ions measured by the ACMT method better reflects the long-term diffusion of chloride ions in concrete, which is more suitable for life prediction and durability design; Permit method is mainly used for on-site non-destructive testing due to the compact and lightweight test equipment, convenient operation and little damage to the structure.
