摘要:
石墨烯增强铜基复合材料因兼具石墨烯优异特性与铜良好性能,在电子、能源、机械等领域极具应用前景,成为材料研究热点。本文全面综述其研究现状,先重点介绍粉末冶金法、化学气相沉淀法、电化学沉积法、激光选区熔化法等多种制备工艺,分析了各方法优缺点,然后深入探讨了石墨烯与铜基体界面结合、分散性、团聚等问题提出的优化方案,并阐述了石墨烯作为增强相对铜基复合材料性能的增强机理。最后对未来在工艺创新、性能协同优化及拓展应用领域等方向的发展趋势作出展望,旨在为石墨烯增强铜基复合材料的深入研究与实际应用提供参考。
Abstract:
Graphene reinforced copper based composites have become a hot research topic in materials due to their excellent properties of graphene and copper,making them highly applicable in fields such as electronics, energy, and machinery. This article provides a comprehensive overview of its research status, with a focus on various preparation processes such as powder metallurgy, chemical vapor deposition, electrochemical deposition, and laser selective melting. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed, and optimization schemes for the interface bonding, dispersibility,agglomeration, and other issues between graphene and copper matrix are discussed in depth. The performance enhancement mechanism of graphene as a reinforcement relative to copper based composite materials is also elaborated.Finally,prospects are made for the future development trends in areas such as process innovation, collaborative performance optimization,and expanded applications, aiming to provide reference for the in-depth research and practical application of graphene reinforced copper based composites.
