摘要:
基因治疗作为一种极富潜力,可用于替代传统化学治疗的方法,为先天性遗传疾病和严重后天获得性疾病的治疗提供了一条富有前景的新途径。成功的基因治疗依赖于开发高效、低毒的多功能基因传递系统。通过自组装方式构建的仿病毒基因载体将为基因治疗提供更为有效的策略和方案。本文根据仿病毒载体构建的三种模式进行分类,综述了近年来出现的仿病毒载体研究的最新进展。
Abstract:
Gene therapy, as a promising therapeutics to treat genetic or acquired diseases, has received significant attention in the past several decades due to its advantages over traditional therapies. And successful gene therapy was based on high-performance delivery system. Meanwhile, virus-mimic carrier constructed by self-assembly could provide effective strategy and method for gene therapy. In this paper, virus-mimic systems were classified into three different kinds by self-assembly models and the recent progress of various virus-mimic gene carrier systems was summarized.
