摘要:
采用近等温包套轧制工艺成功制备了尺寸达700mm×200mm×2mm的Ti-43Al-9V-Y合金板材。板材外观良好,无裂纹等缺陷。板材组织为近双态组织,由γ、B2和少量的α2、YAl2组成。轧制过程中的主要变形机制为再结晶。
Abstract:
A Ti-43Al-9V-Y sheet with dimensions of 700mm×200mm×2mm was produced by near-isothermal packed rolling. The microstructure is near duplex structure, which is composed of γ, B2 and few α2, YAl2. The main deformation mechanism in the rolling process is recrystallization.
