摘要:
微流体技术是指在微观尺寸下控制、操作和检测复杂流体的新兴技术,通过与柔性电子技术结合,产生了全新的柔性微流体电子技术,有望在可变形电极、可穿戴电子、可延展柔性天线等领域发挥重要作用。目前,液态金属由于其常温液态、大表面张力等特点,在材料、工艺和设备等方面面临诸多挑战。本文重点讨论液态金属的配置和属性、微流体制造工艺与特点,以及柔性微流体电子技术的新兴应用。最后展望了柔性微流体电子技术需研究并解决的关键科学技术问题。
Abstract:
Microfluidic technology is an emerging technology for controlling, operating and detecting complex fluid under microscale. With the combination of flexible electronic technology, a new microfluidic electronic technology is developed, which is expected to play an important role in the fields of deformable electrodes, wearable electronics, flexible antennas and others. At present, the liquid metal, due to its liquid state at room temperature, and large surface tension characteristics, faces many challenges in the material, process and equipment. This paper focuses on the configuration and properties of liquid metal, the fabrication process and characteristics of microfluidic electronics, and the advanced applications of flexible microfluidic electronics. Finally we prospects the flexible microfluidics electronic technology and the main challenges.
