摘要:
本文简要介绍了近年来GH4169合金的挤压、模锻和轧制等主要塑性加工技术研究情况,总结归纳了GH4169合金在不同成形方式下的变形规律及其成形问题与优化措施。目前,有关GH4169合金的塑性加工技术得到了长足发展,正朝着晶粒细小、组织均匀、构件尺寸精密化的方向发展。但同时也存在一些问题有待进一步研究,诸如缺乏对冷、热变形后残余应力分布规律以及残余应力释放过程中构件尺寸变化规律等的认识;在组织控制方面,缺少有关δ相含量及其形貌与再结晶程度的定量描述。
Abstract:
Based on the uniformity of grains, the development of main plastic forming technologies of GH4169 alloy, including extrusion, die forging and rolling, are introduced in this paper. The problems existed in the forming process and corresponding solutions are summarized. At present, the plastic forming technologies of GH4169 alloy have been considerably developed. It is developing in a precision forming direction. Meanwhile, there are still some problems needed to be further analyzed, like the residual stress distribution after cold or hot deformation and its effect on the precision of components when it is released gradually.
