摘要:
碳纳米管作为一维纳米材料,具有重量轻及高强度、高韧性等优异力学性能,与工程结构陶瓷材料复合能够强韧化陶瓷材料的力学性能,被认为是现代结构陶瓷复合材料理想增强体。本文综合了近年来碳纳米管增强陶瓷基复合材料在理论及实验方面的研究结果的基础上。侧重介绍了碳纳米管增强陶瓷基复合材料的强韧化机理研究,如细化晶粒增韧、短纤维增韧和碳纳米管独特的坍塌增韧、多壁碳纳米管抽出增韧机制,以及采用剪切滞后理论模型对碳纳米管与陶瓷基体的微观界面结合的力学性能的模拟研究结果。并对国内外在碳纳米管在陶瓷基体中的强韧化机理的实验及模拟研究结果进行了综合分析,总结了当前碳纳米增强陶瓷复合材料研究的困境、存在的问题,并指出今后理论及实验研究方向。
Abstract:
Carbon nanotube, as a one-dimension nanomaterial with a lightweight has excellent mechanical properties like high toughness and high strength. It can toughen ceramics by composing with the engineering ceramics. And it is considered as an ideal reinforcement phase in ceramic materials. In this paper, the toughening mechanism of carbon nanotubes (including grain refinement, toughness of short fiber and toughening mechanism of MWCNT’s collapse), and simulation results of the micro mechanical behavior of carbon nanotube and ceramic matrix interface by using the Shear-Lag-Model-Based Stress Analysis were discussed based on the carbon nanotube - ceramic composite experimental and researches. And then the comprehensive analysis of strengthening and toughening mechanism of carbon nanotubes in ceramic matrix is given, the current research problems are summarized and future research directions are considered.
