摘要:
玻璃和玻璃陶瓷作为一种重要的光功能材料,在显示、照明、闪烁体、激光器和光纤放大器等领域有着重要的应用。二氧化钛(TiO2)具有高折射率和高介电系数,研究表明,添加TiO2能够降低玻璃的声子能量、改善稀土离子的发光性能;同时,含TiO2玻璃陶瓷不仅能够促进稀土离子的发光,而且还能作为一种闪烁体应用于辐射探测领域。概括了含TiO2玻璃的制备方法,包括高温熔融-淬火法、溶胶-凝胶法以及无容器悬浮技术,其中无容器悬浮技术为高TiO2含量玻璃的制备提供了新的途径。简要介绍了含TiO2玻璃和玻璃陶瓷的结构和性能,包括TiO2的配位、玻璃的声子能量和热学性能等。调研了近几年含TiO2玻璃和玻璃陶瓷在辐射发光和闪烁发光方面的研究进展。最后,探讨了含TiO2玻璃和玻璃陶瓷存在的问题和未来的发展趋势,并总结得出了含TiO2多元系玻璃和玻璃陶瓷有望成为光电子应用新材料的研究热点。
Abstract:
Glass and glass ceramics, as important optical functional materials, have significant applications in display, lighting, scintillator, laser and optical fiber amplifier. Titanium dioxide has high refractive index and high dielectric coefficient. Research shows that glass containing titanium dioxide can improve the luminescent properties of rare earth , and glass-ceramics can not only improve the luminescent intensity of rare earth, but also is a new material with scintillation properties. In this paper, This paper summarizes the preparation methods of titanium containing glass, including high temperature melt quenching, sol-gel process and aerodynamic levitation method,Which aerodynamic levitation method provides a new way for the preparation of high titanium glass. The structure and properties of Ti containing glasses and ceramics, such as the coordination of Ti, phonon energy and thermal properties of glasses, are briefly introduced. the research progress of radiation relaxation luminescence and scintillation luminescence of glass and glass ceramics titanium containing was investigated in recent years. Finally, the existing problems and future development trend of glass and ceramics are discussed titanium containing. It is believed that the glass and glass- ceramics containing TiO2 are expected to become the research hotspot of new materials for optoelectronic applications.
