摘要:
氧化铁皮是热轧钢材在生产过程中的必然产物。由氧化铁皮引发的热轧钢材表面质量问题很多。如何有效利用氧化铁皮,而不是单纯地利用酸洗方法将其除掉,是本研究的重点。分析了近年来围绕氧化铁皮组织和厚度开发出的氧化铁皮柔性化控制技术、热轧厚规格高强免酸洗钢工艺开发、利用氧化铁皮提高热轧基板的耐腐蚀性能以及中厚板花斑缺陷的控制手段。最后提出了在去掉酸洗和预氧化工序的前提下,利用热轧带钢免酸洗技术,将免酸洗的钢板经平整和湿喷处理后,直接进行还原退火和热镀锌的关键技术及发展趋势。
Abstract:
Oxide scale is an inevitable product of hot rolled steel during production. There are a lot of surface quality problems resulted from the oxide scale. It is proposed that the research emphasis includes how to effectively utilize the oxide scale, rather than the descaling by pickling. In this paper, we described the development of the process of hot-rolled acid-free pickling high strength steel, introduced the method of improving the corrosion resistance of hot rolled steel by oxide scale and control means of granophyric defect on a plate. Finally, the key technology and development trend of direct reduction annealing and hot-dip galvanizing of acidfree steel sheet after temper rolling and wet spraying are put forward under the premise of eliminating acid pickling and pre-oxidation processes.
