摘要:
环氧树脂是三大热固性高分子材料之一,具有优异的综合性能,在涂料、粘合剂、电子电器等许多领域得到了广泛的应用。采用可再生生物质原料制备生物基环氧树脂,能够缓解化石能源危机和减轻环境污染,符合可持续社会发展的需求。总结了近年来生物基环氧树脂在高性能化和功能化方面的研究进展,尤其围绕制约生物基环氧树脂应用的主要问题,如耐热性不高、阻燃性和韧性差;主要结合作者课题组和国内外其他研究组的研究,介绍了生物基环氧树脂在这些方面的性能优势,为未来生物基环氧树脂的发展方向提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Epoxy resin is one of the three thermosetting polymer materials. Due to its excellent comprehensive properties, it is widely used in many fields such as coatings, adhesives and electrical applications. Bio-based epoxy resin prepared from renewable biomass raw materials can alleviate fossil energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution, which satisfies the needs of sustainable social development. In this paper, the recent research progress on bio-based epoxy resin in high performance and functionalization was summarized. Especially, it is focused on the main problems restricting the application of epoxy resin, such as low heat resistance, poor flame retardancy and toughness. The performance advantages of bio-based epoxy resin were introduced, combining with the research of the author’s group and other researchers worldwide. This paper would provide a reference for the future development of bio-based epoxy resin.
