摘要:: 随着我国经济的快速发展，人们对各类塑料制品的需求不断增加。然而，垃圾处理技术的不完善导致大量塑料被泄漏到环境中，从而导致了严重的白色污染。生物降解塑料由于其环境友好性、易回收性和易加工性，受到了科学界和工业界的关注。生物降解塑料已经在一次性制品、农林渔牧、汽车工业、3D打印等领域得到了广泛的应用。从生物降解塑料的种类和特点出发，综述了聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)、聚对苯二甲酸己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)、聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)等市场上主流的生物降解塑料的特性、生命周期评价（LCA）、产业发展现状和在多个领域的应用情况，同时简述了各国针对商业上主要的一次性塑料制品的有关禁限政策，分析了生物降解塑料的未来发展前景，为我国生物降解塑料产业的发展提供参考。

Abstract:: As the development of Chinese economy, the demand for plastic products increases rapidly. However, the defect of waste treatment technology has caused a large amount of plastic to be leaked into the environment, resulting in serious White Pollution. Biodegradable plastics have attracted the attention of the scientists and industry due to their performances: environmental friendliness, easy recycling and easy processing. Biodegradable plastics have been widely used in disposable products, agriculture, forestry, fishery, animal husbandry, and the automobile industry. Therefore, this article reviews the mainstream biodegradable plastics popular in market: polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), polybutylene terephthalate adipate (PBAT), and polypropylene carbonate (PPC), as well as status quo of industrial development life cycle analysis (LCA), and its application in the several fields. Meanwhile, this article summarizes the relevant prohibition and restriction policies of various countries for single-used plastics products, and finally, analyzes the prospect and provides guidance for the development Chinese biodegradable plastics industry.
