摘要:
铝合金广泛应用于飞机主承力框、梁、壁板、蒙皮等部位,占飞机结构重量的40%~70%,是非常重要的结构材料。从最初仅仅满足对强度的需求逐渐扩展到面向耐腐蚀、高强高韧、耐损伤等综合性能要求,国内外航空铝合金在需求牵引与自身的技术进步的双重推动下,至今已经发展至第五代。首先对国内外航空铝合金发展历程进行了简要总结,接着,为进一步推动国产航空铝合金研发和应用,对航空铝合金制备全工艺流程所涉及的热点问题及研究进展进行了总结和讨论,如合金成分设计、熔铸技术、热变形技术、热处理技术等。最后,结合航空装备发展需求和国内技术现状,对我国航空铝合金发展趋势和重要方向提出了建议。
Abstract:
Aluminum alloy is a very important structure material, which accounts for 40% to 70% weight of the aircraft structures. Aluminum alloy is widely used in the main bearing frame, beam, wing siding, skin and other parts of the aircraft. In the initial application, only static strength is required, and then expanding to the comprehensive performance requirements such as corrosion resistance, high strength and toughness, damage resistance, etc. Aeronautical aluminum alloys have been developed to the fifth generation due to the demand-driving and rapid technological advancement in recent decades. In this paper, the development of aeronautical aluminum alloys is briefly reviewed. Research hotspots and latest progress at home during the whole fabrication process of aeronautical aluminum alloys, such as composition design, smelting and casting, thermal deformation and heat treatment, are introduced and discussed synthetically. Finally, based on these discussions, the development trend and prospect of aeronautical aluminum alloys in China are proposed.
