Abstract:
Hemp fibers thermoplastic composites have the characteristics of light weight, environmental protection and impact resistance. It is a material with great added value and potential. In the traditional production process of hemp fibers composites, there are problems such as uneven fiber dispersion and large amounts of volatile organic compound (VOC) emitted, which restrict the scale application of hemp fibers composites. The paper in the field of hemp fibers composites was introduced, a material preparation method of fiber solidphase blending, a hemp fiber surface treatment technology, and an integrated molding process for hemp fiber thermoplastic composite materials. And the prospects for the large-scale application of natural hemp fiber reinforced composite materials were presented.
