In this paper, three kinds of pipes were processed from the Zr-4 alloy tube with size of Φ 63.5 mm×10.92 mm under different rolling process parameters, namely under different rolling Q values and cumulative annealing parameters, the nodular and long term uniform corrosion resistance were compared. The results show that, when cumulative annealing parameters are 0.96×10-18~1.17×10-18 h, the average sizes of the second phase particles of pipes are in the range of 70~90 nm,the size of the second phase particles becomes finer when cumulative annealing parameter decreases, the nodular corrosion resistance of Zr-4 alloy pipe is better. When the Q value of intermediate pass is increased from 0.687 to more than 1.0, the radial texture of pipe is enhanced, and the nodular corrosion resistance is significantly improved. Within the above parameter range, the long term uniform corrosion performance has no obvious change.
