In recent years, with the rapid development of additive manufacturing industries and the continuous expansion of applications, the standardization problems are becoming increasingly prominent. As an important material basis and fundamental guarantee for the development of additive manufacturing technology, it is of great guiding significance to carry out the corresponding standardization work and construct the standard system of materials for additive manufacturing. First of all, this paper fully analyzes the development and standardization status of specific materials for additive manufacturing at home and abroad, studies and constructs a threedimensional standard system framework for additive manufacturing materials composed of product realization process, product classification and the whole industrial chain dimension, covering all the standards for the design, production, circulation and service process of additive manufacturing materials. Then, according to the standard system framework, the distribution of the current standards is reviewed, and combined with the actual industrial conditions, suggestions for the revision of standard system are given from the aspects of raw material standards, production process and equipment standards, testing methods and quality standards, supervision and service standards, and specific application standards, which lay a foundation for the development of additive manufacturing materials standardization work.
