Abstract:
In this paper, new ideas and principles of oxidenitride and oxide sulfide metallurgy was put forward, the technique of the second phase particles with high melting point which induced phase transformation was invented, thus the technical difficulties of iron and steel materials can not withstand large heat input welding were broken.
