Abstract:
Effects of input power and frequency on flow field in vacuum induction melting TiAl based alloy have been investigated by simulation using finite element simulation software ANSYS.It was found that the distribution of flow velocity was insensitive to increasing input power and frequency which only altered the values of flow velocity.
