Abstract:
With the high strength, good corrosion resistance and bio-mechanical compatibility, titanium alloy is the best metal material for stent, this paper studied the new biomedical βtype of Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb alloy, and researched the plastic deformation and strengthening mechanisms of the Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb alloy in different stressstrain curve, and discussed the effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties, while appraised the biocompatible of this material, eventually got the better processing of Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb alloy, and also provided references for other βtype titanium alloys.
