Abstract:
the study shows that in the chemical synthesis method, set butterfly-wings as template to fabricate the composite functional materials, possessed metal and carbon base metal respectively, in 3-D antireflection quasi-periodicity micro structure. To investigate the constituent of functional materials, XRD is used. And we investigate the feature of it by SEM and TEM. Besides, we observes the crystal structure by HRTEM and SAED. The result exhibits: the functional material possessed excellent property in enhancing absorption of wide-band infrared. Compare with excellent absorption material named BlueTec eta plus_Cu, the functional material has some enhancement from 300 to 2500 nm wavelength and has huge enhancement from 2.5 to 15 μm wavelength. What’s more, this study also observes the absorption of butterfly-wings only. All this result shows that it is feasible to combine excellent functional material with excellent functional structure to achieve the huge enhancement of property.
