以稀土钒酸盐为基质的纳米发光材料在紫外光以及真空紫外光激发下具有很好的发光性质,而且在恶劣工作环境下具有很好的稳定性,因而在发光二极管、显示器、生物探针、纳米光电器件、零阈值激光器等领域存在潜在的应用前景,近年来一直是研究的热点。随着纳米科学与技术的发展,稀土钒酸盐发光材料将步入新的发展阶段。主要介绍了稀土钒酸盐发光材料的研究现状、主要的合成方法、发光机理及其应用,预测了其研究趋势。

Research on rare earth doped vanadate luminescent materials has become one of the hot spots recently because of their stable luminous efficiency illuminated by UV and VUV. Therefore, they have been applied successfully in the fields of LED, CRT, bio probe, nanophotonic devices, optical master, etc. Rareearth doped vanadate luminescent materials will step further into a new development phase along with the progress of nanotechnology and in-depth study of luminescent mechanism. The research status, synthesis, luminescent mechanism, and applications of the materials are discussed and their development tendency was predicted.
