碳微球(CMSs)是非常重要的碳功能材料之一,具有独特的结构和优异的物化性能,是材料科学领域的一个研究热点。用正硅酸乙酯作为前驱体对碳微球进行表面改性,利用改性后CMSs表面的羟基官能团与硅烷偶联剂KH570进行反应,制备硅烷化修饰的CMSs,以期进一步合成温敏性聚合物。用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪和热重分析仪对样品形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明,硅烷化后的CMSs表面已接枝上双键,为CMSs的进一步功能化奠定了基础。

Carbon microspheres(CMSs) is very important one of the carbon funcfional materials, has a unique structure and excellent physical and chemical properties,is a materials science research focus.Carbon microspheres were firstly modified with tetraethyl orthosilicate as precursor to introduce hydroxyl groups onto the surface of CMSs,and then modified by silane coupling agent KH570 to prepare silanizedCMSs,which were the earlier experiment process in synthesize thermosensitive polymers.The morphologies and microstructures of all samples were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry and thermogravimetry.The results indicate that double bands were introduced on the surface of CMSs,which lays an experimental foundation for the functionalization of CMSs.
