摘要:
MgB2超导线带材在新型制冷机直接冷却超导磁共振成像仪(MRI)领域有着良好的应用前景。分析了实用化MgB2超导线带材制备中存在的关键技术问题,详细评述了MgB2超导线带材粉末装管法(包括原位法和先位法)国内外最新研究进展,对比分析了两种方法制备MgB2超导线带材的优缺点,讨论了制备过程中影响MgB2超导线带材临界电流密度、超导芯丝尺寸等实用化特性的关键因素。提出了若干进一步提高MgB2超导线带材综合性能的技术途径并对实用化千米级MgB2线带材制备技术的发展进行了展望。
Abstract:
MgB2 superconductor has a huge potential at the application of superconducting magnets of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system with the operating conditions of 15~20 K and 1~2T. In this paper, we introduced the recent progress on fabrication technique of practical MgB2 superconducting wires and tapes, discussed the key factors that affect the critical current density, Jc properties of superconducting wires, and also compared the effects of drawing, rolling and hypo-extrusion process on superconducting properties of MgB2 wires. This paper will benefit developing the fabrication technique of practical kilometer MgB2 superconducting wires and tapes.
