血管支架植入术是冠心病介入治疗的常用手段,钛合金由于具有比强度高、耐蚀性好、生物-力学相容性优良等优点,因此是金属类冠脉支架产品的首选材料。针对不含毒性元素的新型生物医用β型Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb合金进行了较为系统的研究,同时阐述了该合金的塑性变形与强化机制,分析了不同形变下合金的应力-应变曲线,讨论了热处理工艺对Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb合金微观组织和性能的影响,明确了冠脉支架用Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb合金的加工工艺,也为其他β型钛合金加工提供参考和借鉴。同时,还开展了Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb合金的生化腐蚀率、溶血率和细胞毒性的检测,以及材料在动物体内的试验,较为全面的评价了该合金的生物相容性,为其在生物医学领域的应用起到了积极的推进作用。

With the high strength, good corrosion resistance and bio-mechanical compatibility, titanium alloy is the best metal material for stent, this paper studied the new biomedical βtype of Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb alloy, and researched the plastic deformation and strengthening mechanisms of the Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb alloy in different stressstrain curve, and discussed the effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties, while appraised the biocompatible of this material, eventually got the better processing of Ti3Mo2Sn3Zr25Nb alloy, and also provided references for other βtype titanium alloys.
