超低温用高锰奥氏体钢以其优异的低温和室温综合力学性能,将成为新型能源液化天然气(LNG)和液化氢气(LH2)的储运装备用钢。该材料在冶炼、轧制、焊接、冷加工及热加工过程中,需要完备的物理和力学性能参数作为制定各项工艺的理论基础,但目前文献中缺乏相关报道。测定了牌号为HMA400的高锰奥氏体低温钢及配套JMn25焊丝的密度、电阻系数、热膨胀系数、热导率、熔距、比热容、泊松比、杨氏模量、屈服强度、抗拉强度、冲击吸收功等物理性能和力学性能参数,以期为高锰奥氏体低温钢的制造和应用提供可靠的物理和力学参量。

Cryogenic high manganese austenitic steel with the excellent mechanical properties at low temperature and room temperature, will become the storage and transportation equipment materials for liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquefied hydrogen (LH2). In the process of smelting, rolling, welding, cold working and hot working, physical and mechanical properties are needed as the theoretical basis for formulating process parameters, but there is a lack of relevant reports in the current literature. In this paper, we measured the density, resistivity, coefficient of thermal expansion, coefficient of thermal conductivity, melting range, specific heat capacity, Poisson ratio, Young’s modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, absorbed energy of HMA400 cryogenic high manganese austenitic steel and supporting JMn25 welding wires, in order to provide reliable physical and mechanical parameters for the manufacture and application of cryogenic high manganese austenitic steel.
