Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox(Bi-2223)超导材料具有高临界转变温度和高上临界场,由其制备的Bi-2223带材具有较高的载流性能,因而在电工领域的应用中具有明确的优势。然而,Bi-2223带材在超导电缆、磁体等使用过程中所受洛伦兹力和热应力会对超导芯丝造成损伤,使带材的载流性能降低。在实际应用中需要对Bi-2223带材进行力学性能增强,以保证Bi-2223带材的使用性能。简述了Bi-2223带材的常用力学性能增强方法,包括合金包套增强和层压增强,还介绍了常用的银合金包套和层压增强材料,阐述了银合金包套增强作用和层压增强中残余应变对Bi-2223带材增强的作用。

Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox (Bi-2223) superconducting materials exhibit high critical transition temperature and high upper critical field, thus the Bi-2223 tapes have high critical current capacity, making them very competitive in electrical power applications. However, the superconducting core wire of Bi-2223 tapes can be damaged by Lorentz force and thermal stress during the use of superconducting cables and magnets, which leads to the decrease of critical current density. In practical application, the mechanical enhancement of Bi-2223 tapes is needed to ensure the service performance.The common mechanical strengthening methods of Bi-2223 tapes are introduced, including sheath alloy strengthening and lamination strengthening. The common silver alloy sheath and lamination strengthening materials are also introduced, and the effects of silver alloy sheath strengthening and residual strain on Bi-2223 tapes strengthening are expounded.
