通过不同终轧制度+热处理制度制备GH2909合金环形锻件,定量表征Laves相的析出行为并开展室温拉伸、高温拉伸、缺口持久及组合持久的力学性能测试,实现了GH2909合金环形锻件工艺、组织与性能的关联分析。结果表明:GH2909合金的力学性能与组织中Laves相的析出行为密切相关;在热处理过程中,短棒状及颗粒状的Laves相的热稳定性较高,随着固溶温度的升高,层片状Laves相逐渐溶于基体;Laves相长宽比降低可以有效提高合金的拉伸性能和缺口持久性能;合金的缺口持久性能应综合考虑Laves相和ε/ε″相的析出行为。

By fabricating GH2909 alloy ring forgings with different final rolling and heat treatment regimes, the precipitation behavior of the Laves phase was quantitatively characterized, and mechanical performance tests including room temperature tensile test, high temperature tensile, notch and combined fatigue test were conducted, achieving the correlation analysis of the process,microstructure and properties of GH2909 alloy ring forgings. The results demonstrate that the mechanical properties of the GH2909 alloy are strongly correlated with the precipitation behavior of the Laves phase within its microstructure. During the heat treatment, the Laves phase in the form of short rods and particles exhibits higher thermal stability. As the solution temperature increases, the lamellar Laves phase gradually dissolves into the matrix. Reducing the aspect ratio of the Laves phase can effectively improve the tensile and notched fatigue performance of alloy; the notch fatigue performance of alloy should comprehensively consider the precipitation behaviors of both the Laves phase and the ε/ε″ phase.
