摘要:
    利用镁及镁合金耐蚀的特点,发展新型医用可降解的镁基生物材料引起广泛关注,成为当今金属生物材料领域新的研究热点。表面改性方法是控制镁基材料降解速率和改善生物活性的重要手段,是当前镁基生物材料研究的重要内容之一。文章介绍了镁基生物材料的性能优势,综述了当前镁基生物材料表面改性的研究进展及改性后材料的生物相容性,评述了各种改性方法的特点和当前研究重点,并展望了镁基材料未来表面改性的研究方向和前景。
Abstract:
 The potentialities of magnesium in biodegradable biomaterial field have caused great interests recently. Surface modification is an important method to control the degradation rate and improve the biological activity of magnesium based materials. The latest research progress in surface modification of  magnesium based materials and the biocompatibility of modified materials are reviewed, and the characteristics and research focus of various modification methods are described. The future research direction and the prospects of magnesium based biomaterials are also put forward.
