摘要:
阐述了中频炉快冷技术的原理及冷却效果。根据冷却原理对中频炉进行了改造,在保留内循环纯水冷却系统的基础上,增加了一套氢气循环快速风冷等统使之能够实现快速冷却。分析对比了自然冷却和快速冷却的时间及效率。检测了采用快冷技术后钼产品的性能,结果表明,快速冷却技术生产的产品性能均能达到金钼股份公司Q/JDC 016-2008企标要求,该技术可大大提高中频炉的生产效率。现该技术已经成功地在生产中实际应用,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:
The principle and the cooling effect of fastcooling technique for intermediate frequency furnace are described in this paper. The intermediate frequency furnace was modified according to cooling principle, increasing a rapid cooling system of hydrogen cycle on basis of circulating water system,to enable it to achieve rapid cooling. Comparing the time and efficiency of natural cooling and rapid cooling, results show that the performance indicators of molybdenum products in the fastcooling technology have reached the molybdenum Q/JDC 016-2008 enterprise standard requirements and the technology can greatly improve the production efficiency of the intermediate frequency induction furnace. Now the technology has been successfully carried out the actual production applications, has achieved good economic and social benefits.
