本文重点分析了ZrO2的电子结构与能带特点、光学吸收、发射谱等,指出ZrO2在光学领域可用于发光材料,也可以作为发光中心的基质,归纳了ZrO2发光的来源在于氧空位形成的F-色心或其缔合中心。引用第一原理计算的不同晶型ZrO2的电子构型和能带结构,说明了其电性质的特点,分析了高温下ZrO2的导电性质,说明了高温导电性的应用领域。
Abstract:
We reviewed in this part the band structutr, optical absorption and emission spectra of ZrO2, pointing out that ZrO2 can be used as luminescent material and base for luminescent centers, introducing that the luminescence in ZrO2 is originated from the F-centers constructed by oxygen vacancies and their combined centers. The electronic and band structures of ZrO2 with different crystallographic types were introduced based on the first principal calculations. Electronic conductive performances of zirconia at high temperatures were analyzed and their application fields were also introduced.
