近年来,严重影响到人们生活质量的龋病业已发展为“第三大非传染性疾病”,对受损的龋齿进行修复是治疗龋齿的重要手段,因此齿科修复材料的发展备受关注。复合树脂由于其优异的力学性能、良好的生物相容性等作为齿科修复材料逐渐引起科研工作者的重视。近年来,人们研发了多种各种齿科修复树脂材料,其中部分已得到实际临床应用。随着纳米技术的快速发展,由有机/无机杂化技术构筑的纳米复合材料作为特殊的一类齿科修复树脂材料而备受关注。本文立足于齿科修复树脂材料,简要回顾了各类齿科修复材料的发展历程,重点介绍由杂化技术制备的可见光固化纳米复合齿科修复材料的研究现状,指出齿科修复树脂材料存在问题的同时对其未来发展进行了展望。
Abstract:

In recent years, dental caries which seriously effect the quality of people’s life have developed into the third major non-communicable diseases, Repairing damaged teeth is an important way to treat dental caries. Thus the development of dental restorative materials have attracted much attention. Because of its excellent mechanical properties, good biological compatibility, composite resin gradually walk into the sight of scientists as dental restorative materials. In order to treat dental caries effectively, large numbers of dental repair resin materials have been developed, some of which have been put into practice on clinical application. With the rapid development of nanotechnology, nano composite materials constructing by organic/inorganic hybrid technology have attracted much attention as a special class of dental restorative resin materials. This paper is based on the dental restorative resin materials, reviewing the development of various dental restorative materials briefly, emphatically introducing the research status of nano composite dental restorative material, which using visible light curing prepared by hybrid technique, showing the problem of dental restorative resin material and prospecting its future development.
