现代玻璃材料已成为广泛应用于信息显示、新能源、绿色建筑等多个领域的关键材料,与传统玻璃相比在应用领域、性能、功能、成分和制造技术等方面都有了极大的拓展和提升,技术和产品研发难度大,工业化生产需要多学科、多技术的高度复合集成。回顾了现代玻璃材料的发展历程,介绍了国际现代玻璃材料技术的最新研究概况,总结了我国现代玻璃材料在原料提纯、成分设计、熔化、成型、精深加工等关键环节的技术创新成果,简述了我国TFT-LCD超薄玻璃基板、触摸屏玻璃、微铁高透过率玻璃等现代玻璃材料主流产品的产业现状。未来,现代玻璃材料产品的发展趋势是薄型化、超白高透化、大尺寸化和多功能化,加强结构-性能关系、声学、光学、表面技术、生物性能、熔化等方面的理论和应用研究是现代玻璃材料的未来重点研究方向。
Abstract:
Advanced glass materials have recently been recognized as the key material in the fields of information display, alternative energy, green building, etc. Compared with traditional glass, the great extention and progress have been made in aspects of application, property, function, composition and manufacturing technology. It becomes more difficult to research and develop its technology and products, so that the sophisticated combination and integration of multi-discipline and multi-technology are extremely needed for industrial production. After a brief history introduction of advanced glass materials, the recent research status of international advanced glass material technology was introduced. The latest technology innovations for advanced glass material in China were reviewed with special focus on material purification,composition design, melting, forming and intensive processing, then the industry status of TFT-LCD glass substrate, touch panel glass and low-iron high transmittance glass in China was presented. The future advanced glass material products will be ultra-thin, ultra-white, with high transmittance, large size, and multi-function. The future important research directions of advanced glass material on structure-property relationship, acoustics, optics, surface technology, biological properties, and melting were suggested.
