随着太阳能的不断开发,其相关材料的产品也在不断升级革新,其中应用于采暖的蓄热材料成为目前业界关注的热点之一。相变蓄能材料因具有蓄热密度高、高耐热性、高传导性、低膨胀性、易控制等优点,在建筑节能、余热的回收以及太阳能供暖系统中被广泛应用。文章概述了相变蓄热材料应用于太阳能采暖的研究进展,以及中低温相变蓄热材料的划分、应用领域,同时介绍了一种适宜配合太阳能应用的相变蓄热材料,并介绍了有关复合相变蓄热材料和相变蓄热材料微胶囊化的种类及发展趋势。并就相变蓄热材料的研究热点进行了分析。相变蓄热技术是解决太阳能不稳定、间歇性问题的关键技术,是未来太阳能采暖技术推广应用的发展方向。
Abstract:
With the continuing development of solar energy, related productions of solar energy and materials innovation are escalating, and materials applied to the heating storage become the focus of attention in the industry. Due to high storage density, high heat resistance, high conductivity which, low expansion, easy to control, etc., phase change energy storage materials are widely used in building energy efficiency, waste heat recovery and solar heating systems. In this paper,the research progress on phase-change thermal storage materials used in solar energy heating and their classifications and performances were summarized. At the same time, a suitable solar energy application with phase-change thermal storage materials was introduced. The developing trends about phase-change composites materials and phase-change materials microencapsulated were presented, and research focus of the phase-change thermal storage materials qas analyzed. The phase-change thermal storage technology is the key to solve the solar energy instability and intermittent problems, and it is the future direction of the solar energy heating technology in promotion applications.
