摘要:
通过分析研究从美国白宫、众多材料研究学会及国际著名大学等网站所获取的情报信息,编译了2016年度美国关于新材料及先进制造的政策,其中主要包括:21世纪美国国家安全科学技术与创新战略、美国国家制造创新网络战略计划以及美国陆军发布的2016~2045年新兴科技趋势报告等。重点阐述了在上述3份报告中均提到的金属3D打印领域的国际动态,希望能为国内广大科研工作者了解美国制造业创新和新材料研发前沿动态提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
Through the information obtained from the websites of the White House, various materials research societies and numerous colleges and universities, this paper summarizes three reports released by the United States associated with advanced materials and advanced manufacturing policies, including A 21st Century Science, Technology, and Innovation Strategy for America’s National Security, National Network for Manufacturing Innovation Program Strategic Plan, and Emerging Science and Technology Trends: 2016~2045 (A Synthesis of Leading Forecasts), and finally introduces the international status and developing trend of metal additive manufacturing(3D Printing)which has been highlighted in all the three reports, hoping to provide scientific researchers with reference on manufacturing innovation and advanced materials development.
