摘要:
苯基磷氧不仅具有宽的带隙、高的三线态能级、优异的热稳定性、良好的溶解性和吸电子能力,而且具有很好的化学可修饰性,通过引入不同的功能单元,可有效的调节材料的载流子注入与传输,因此苯基磷氧衍生物在有机光电材料领域得到了广泛研究并展现出良好的应用前景,近年来苯基磷氧衍生物的合成及应用成为蓝光有机发光二极管研究的热点之一。本文根据苯基磷氧衍生物在蓝光有机二极管中的作用不同,综述苯基磷氧衍生物作为蓝光主体材料、电子传输材料、发光材料的研究现状,对其分子结构设计与合成、热学性质、光物理性质、电化学性质及器件性能等方面作了详细归纳总结,展望了苯基磷氧衍生物的应用前景和未来研究方向。
Abstract:
Phenyl phosphine oxide not only possesses wide band gap, high triplet energy, excellent thermal stability, suitable solubility, strong electron-withdrawing ability, but also allows easy chemical modification to effectively tune the carrier injection and transport. Therefore, the synthesis and application of phenyl phosphine oxide derivatives (PPOs) has attracted great attention and shows great potential in organic optoelectronic materials, especially in recent research of blue organic light-emitting diodes. In this article, a survey of recent progress of PPOs, with a particular emphasis of different type of materials, according to the different functions in OLED including host materials, electron transport materials, and emitting materials, are reviewed. The design and synthesis, thermal stability, photophysical properties, electrochemical properties and device performance are also summarized. Finally, the perspective and development of PPOs are discussed.
