目前国内对于不同厂家不同批次铂金材质的抗玻璃侵蚀性能没有有效的测试方法。建立了一种铂金抗玻璃侵蚀性能检测方法,既能评估铂金材料抗玻璃侵蚀性能,也为评估、解决玻璃中铂金缺陷问题提供数据。通过金相分析、质谱仪分析测试Pt、PtRh10、PtRh20铂金材料抗玻璃侵蚀性和玻璃中Pt,Rh的溶解量。结果表明:Pt、PtRh10、PtRh20材料在1600 ℃高温下均有氧化挥发; Pt,Rh均属于重金属,Pt,Rh离子易在玻璃液底部积聚;TFT玻璃中Rh溶解量明显高于Pt,玻璃中Pt,Rh含量比值在1∶4至1∶5之间;在1600 ℃/18 h条件下PtRh20铂金材料Pt,Rh在玻璃中溶解量是1500 ℃/18 h条件下Pt,Rh在玻璃中溶解量的1.2~1.5倍,是1400 ℃/18 h条件下Pt,Rh在玻璃中溶解量的6~10倍。
Abstract:
At present, there is no effective test method for the glass corrosion resistance of different batch platinum materials from different manufacturers in china. In this paper, a method for testing the glass corrosion resistance of platinum has been established. It can not only evaluate the glass corrosion resistance of platinum materials, but also provide technical analysis for the platinum defects in glass. At temperature system of TFTLCD glass substrate manufacturing, the glass corrosion resistance of Pt, PtRh10, PtRh20 materials and Pt and Rh dissolved quantity were tested by using metallographic analysis and mass spectrometry. The results showed that Pt, PtRh10 and PtRh20 materials were oxidized and volatilized at 1600 ℃; both Pt and Rh are heavy metals, and Pt and Rh ions accumulated easily at the bottom of glass melt; the dissolved quantity of Rh was significantly higher than the of Pt, the Pt/Rh quality ratio was between 1∶4 and 1∶5; Pt and Rh dissolved quantity of PtRh20 platinum materials under the condition of 1600 ℃/18 h was 1.2~1.5 times that under the condition of 1500 ℃/18 h, was 6~10 times that under the condition of 1400 ℃/18 h.
