摘要:
探究模拟沉积水环境下,不同应力对Q345B低碳钢腐蚀浸泡24 d后腐蚀行为的影响。采用C型环模型施加的应力分别为0,160,320 MPa,通过电化学阻抗谱、Mott-Schottky曲线等表征手段,观察分析了Q345B低碳钢的腐蚀行为。用扫描电子显微镜观察了其微观腐蚀形貌。研究结果表明,腐蚀介质与外加应力存在一定的相互作用;施加应力后,膜的表面电荷发生了明显的变化,Q345B低碳钢的腐蚀速率明显增大。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the effect of different stresses on the corrosion behavior of Q345B low carbon steel, which had been immersed in a sedimentary water environment for 24 days. In this paper, the pressure of 0, 160, 320 MPa was applied to the materials by the C-ring model, and the corrosion behavior of Q345B low carbon steel was observed and analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and Mott-Schottky curve. The micromorphology was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that there is a certain interaction between the corrosion medium and the applied stress. After the stress is applied, the surface charge of the film changes significantly, and the corrosion rate of Q345B low carbon steel increases significantly.
