摘要:
增材制造技术是近年来快速发展的先进制造技术,在航空航天、汽车零部件、生物医疗、复杂内流道模具等领域有着广泛的应用前景。标准化是技术发展到一定程度的必然需求,对规范行业生态,促进技术提升,改进产品质量具有重要意义。为提升增材制造技术的标准化水平,国际自动机工程师学会(SAE)、美国材料与试验协会(ASTM)、国际标准化组织(ISO)等机构都开展了大量研究工作,并颁布了一系列标准。我国也在参照国际标准的基础上制定了相应的国家标准、地方/行业标准及团体标准,有力促进了增材制造技术的发展和应用。概述了目前国内外有关增材制造标准的研制现状,分析了这些标准的特点和下一步努力的方向,对增材制造相关从业人员有一定参考意义。
Abstract:
Additive manufacturing is a kind of advanced manufacturing technology developed in recent years. It is expected to be applicative in aerospace, automobile, medical, mold with complicated inner tunnel, etc. Standardization is demanded in certain stage of technology development, and it is meaningful for normalizing industry, elevating skills as well as improving product quality. To promote standardization level in the field of additive manufacturing, many organizations such as Society of Automobile Engineer (SAE) International, American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) did lots of research work and series of standards have been published. On these basis, national standard, local/profession standard, group standard have been formulated thereof. These standards are very important for development and application of additive manufacturing technique. In this paper, the research progress of standards on additive manufacturing both domestic and abroad is summarized, and their characteristic and future development trend are analyzed. It can be helpful for researchers who focus on additive manufacturing.
