摘要:
二维过渡金属碳化物、氮化物及碳氮化合物(MXenes)是一类新兴的二维纳米材料。由于其独特的光、电、磁、热等物理化学性能,MXenes二维材料被广泛应用到能源储备、环境监测、化学催化等领域。由于其大的比表面积、优异的近红外吸收和组分可调换等性质,近年来在生物医学方面也得到了快速的发展。简要介绍了MXenes二维纳米材料的制备方法、表面修饰、生物应用(生物检测、生物成像、药物载体和肿瘤治疗)以及生物安全性研究,并对MXenes二维纳米材料在未来生物医学领域的发展进行了展望。
Abstract:
Transitional metal carbides, nitrides, or carbonitrides (MXenes) are novel types of two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials. Owing to their outstanding physicochemical properties such as optical, electronic, magnetic, thermal properties, MXenes have been widely applied in the fields of energy reserves, environmental monitoring, and catalysis. Utilizing their large specific surface area, high NIR absorbance, and substitutable components ability, MXenes also have been rapidly used in biomedicine applications. This review summarizes the recent progress of MXenes used in biomedicine, including the method of synthesis, surface modification, biomedicine applications (bio-detection, imaging, cancer treatment), as well as biosafety evaluation of MXenes, and discusses the future perspectives of applying these novel two-dimensional nanomaterials in biomedicine.
