摘要:
麻纤维热塑性复合材料具有轻质、环保、耐冲击等特点,是极具附加值与潜力的材料,已经成为纤维复合材料的热点研究对象。传统麻纤维复合材料生产过程中存在纤维分散不均匀、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)大量释放等问题,制约了麻纤维复合材料的应用。本研究创建了纤维固相共混热致复合的材料制备方法,开发了提高麻纤维复合材料界面力学性能的表面处理技术,麻纤维复合材料制备关键技术,形成麻纤维热塑性复合材料产业化生产能力。开发的产品广泛应用于汽车、高铁、舰船及建材等领域。本研究推动轻量化材料发展、提高麻纤维综合利用、促进我国产业用纺织行业的技术进步,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
Abstract:
Hemp fibers thermoplastic composites have the characteristics of light weight, environmental protection and impact resistance. It is a material with great added value and potential, and has become a hot spot in the research of fiber composites. In the traditional production process of hemp fibers composites, there are problems such as uneven fiber dispersion and large amounts of volatile organic compound (VOC) emitted, which restrict the application of hemp fibers composites. In this research, a material preparation method of fiber solid-phase blending was created, a surface treatment technology to improve the interface mechanical properties of hemp fibers composites was developed, and a key technology for preparation of hemp fibers composites was developed to form the industrialization of hemp fibers thermoplastic composites. The products are widely used in the fields of automobiles, high-speed rail, ships and building materials. This research has achieved significant economic and social benefit in promoting the development of lightweight materials, improving the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources of hemp fibers, and promoting the technological progress in the national industrial textile industry
