义齿用金属材料被国家药监局列为管理类别Ⅱ类的医疗器械,需要同时具备良好的力学性能和生物相容性。旨在将外科植入用Ti-13Nb-13Zr合金的应用延伸至口腔修复学,对锻造加工的Ti-13Nb-13Zr合金,通过金相显微分析及力学性能测试,重点研究了不同热处理制度对合金显微组织及力学性能的影响,讨论该合金作为义齿修复用金属材料的可行性。结果表明,合金经固溶处理(750 ℃/0.5 h,水冷)具有最低的弹性模量(49 GPa),同时兼具良好的拉伸性能,抗拉强度为710 MPa,屈服强度为471 MPa,同时延伸率为25%,适于制作活动支架;经固溶时效处理(680 ℃/1 h,水冷+460 ℃/7 h,空冷)的合金具有最高的力学性能,其抗拉强度为982 MPa,屈服强度为815 MPa,延伸率为12%,综合性能满足牙冠的要求。综上,热处理后的Ti-13Nb-13Zr合金具有细化的晶粒结构以及低弹性模量与高强度的良好匹配,是一种很有前景的齿科修复材料。

The metallic material for dental applications is categorized as classⅡmedical devices by National Medical Products Administration. It is expected to possess good mechanical properties and excellent biocompatibility. In this paper, the application of Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy in surgical implants is further extended to prosthodontics. The Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy was fabricated by hot-forging, the influence of the heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties was analyzed, the microstructures were investigated by metallographic microscope, the tensile properties were measured by using universal electronic tensile machine. The results show that solution treated sample at 750 ℃ for 0.5 h followed by water quenching has a low elastic modulus (49 GPa) and good mechanical properties: ultimate tensile strength is 710 MPa, yield strength is 471 MPa, and elongation is 25%. It could be used for fabricating removable partial denture. The aging treatment sample which was treated at 460 ℃ for 7 h by water quenching after solution treatment at 680 ℃ for 1 h have the highest mechanical strength: ultimate tensile strength is 982 MPa, yield strength is 815 MPa, and elongation is 12%, its comprehensive properties meet requirements of dental crown. It can be concluded that suitably heat treated Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloys have the relatively fine microstructures and a combination of low elastic modulus and excellent strength, it is a promising candidate for dental material.
