摘要:
光动力疗法( PDT )作为一种非侵入性和高度肿瘤选择性的治疗方法,在肿瘤治疗领域中具有广泛应用,然而其穿透深度受到一定限制。切伦科夫光作为一种具有潜力的新型光源,可激发光敏剂实现肿瘤治疗,从而解决传统PDT的诸多局限。基于切伦科夫光诱导的肿瘤光动力疗法(CR-PDT)近年来备受关注,它利用高速粒子产生的切伦科夫光以实现肿瘤内部的光照射,从而提高治疗效果,有效解决PDT在穿透深度方面所受到的限制。然而切伦科夫光是一种较为微弱的光源,无法实现对顽固性肿瘤的有效治疗。因此,许多研究者将CR-PDT与其他疗法(如化疗、免疫疗法等)结合,并结合先进纳米技术与成像技术,以实现肿瘤的精准诊疗。从放射性核素与外照射两个方面对切伦科夫辐射(CR)在肿瘤光动力综合疗法的研究进行综述,并在最后简述了CR-PDT的挑战与未来发展,旨在为肿瘤精准诊疗提供新思路。
Abstract:
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a non-invasive and highly tumor-selective treatment method that has widespread applications in the field of tumor treatment, but its penetration depth is limited. The Cherenkov light, a novel light source with potential, can excite the photosensitizer to achieve tumor treatment, thus solving many limitations of traditional PDT. Cherenkovinduced tumor photodynamic therapy (CR-PDT) has recently received considerable attention, which utilizes the Cherenkov light generated by highspeed particles to achieve internal illumination of tumors, thereby improving treatment effects and effectively solving the limitations of PDT in penetration depth. However, Cherenkov light is a relatively weak light source and cannot effectively treat stubborn tumors. Therefore, many researchers have combined CR-PDT with other therapies (such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy) and combined advanced nanotechnology and imaging technology to achieve precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors. This review summarizes the research on Cherenkov radiation(CR) in tumor photodynamic synergistic comprehensive therapy from the perspectives of radioactive nuclides and external irradiation,and briefly describes the challenges and future development of CR-PDT to provide new ideas for precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
