摘要:
超高温氧化物共晶复合陶瓷具有优异的力学性能、高温组织稳定性、抗氧化和抗腐蚀性能,被认为是1400oC以上高温 富氧环境长时稳定服役的理想高温结构材料,近年来受到世界各国学者的广泛关注。本文系统介绍了氧化物共晶复合陶瓷的发展现状,对近年来本领域取得的重要进展进行了总结和分析,同时结合作者在本领域的研究,重点阐述了超高温度梯度定向凝固 氧化物共晶复合陶瓷的组织特征、凝固特性、以及晶体取向/结构特征和力学性能,最后对氧化物共晶复合陶瓷今后的发展趋势和突破点进行了展望。
Abstract:
Oxide-based eutectic composite ceramics possess excellent mechanical properties, high-temperature microstructure stability, and superior oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, which have been considered as the most promising candidates applied in high-temperature oxygen-enriched environment above 1400oC for long periods. This paper systematically reviews the important development of processing, microstructures and properties of oxide-based eutectic composite ceramics in the past few years. Specially, the progress in eutectic ceramic microstructure characteristic, solidification behavior, crystal orientation relationships, mechanical properties and toughening method are highlighted. Lastly, the prospects and future developments in this field are proposed.
