Abstract:
General situation of development of aluminum alloy extrusion industry at home and abroad is introduced. The production and consumption of rapid-developing architectural profiles in our country in recent years is set forth, and the pressing task for adjusting industrial structure and researching high-performance and high-accuracy aluminum materials in the new period is stated. The development levels and trends of high-performance and new aluminum alloy extrusion materials are discussed with respect to three aspects: high-performance aluminum alloy extrusion materials with high strength and toughness, civil aluminum alloy extrusion materials, and new Aluminum alloys materials and extruded produces. Methods which are based on microalloying theory, advanced processing and heat treatment technics, are introduced to research and develop new aluminum alloy extruded-products used in military and civil areas such as light-weight and high-speed transport, aviation industry and weapon manufacturing. The application market and prospect of aluminum alloy extruded-products are analyzed and forecast
