摘要:
连续纤维增强的金属金属间化合物层状复合材料兼具高强度、高模量和良好的韧性等优异性能,逐渐成为国内外学者的研究重点。这种复合材料包含庞杂的体系、复杂的结构和性能表现,因此有必要对其制备技术、结构特征和综合性能开展深入的研究。以纤维增强Ti/Al3Ti层状复合材料为对象,系统地综述了其研究现状。首先介绍了Ti/Al3Ti等层状复合材料的制备技术,并着重探讨了真空热压烧结和超声波固结辅助热压烧结两种方法在制备纤维增强Ti/Al3Ti层状复合材料方面的优缺点;然后围绕陶瓷纤维、金属纤维和形状记忆合金纤维增强的Ti/Al3Ti层状复合材料的组织结构、力学性能和功能特性进行了述评;随后阐述了纤维增强Ti/Al3Ti层状复合材料中各种纤维的强韧化机制;最后结合现有研究中存在的主要问题,对连续纤维增强金属-金属间化合物层状复合材料未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Abstract:
Continuous fiber-reinforced metal-intermetallic-laminate composites (FR-MILCs) have been the research focus of laminate materials due to their high strength, high modulus and superior toughness. The FR-MILCs possess complex material systems, complicated microstructures and various performance indexes. Thus, it is of significance to investigate the preparation technology, microstructure and comprehensive properties of these composites. In this paper, the research status of fiber-reinforced Ti/Al3Ti laminate composites is systematically reviewed. Firstly, the preparation technology of laminate composites such as Ti/Al3Ti is introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of vacuum hot pressing sintering and ultrasonic consolidation assisted hot pressing sintering in preparing fiber-reinforced Ti/Al3Ti laminate composites are introduced. Then, the microstructure, mechanical properties and functional properties of Ti/Al3Ti laminate composites reinforced by ceramic fibers, metal fibers and shape memory alloy fibers are elaborated, respectively. Besides, the strengthening and toughening mechanisms of various fibers in fiber-reinforced Ti/Al3Ti laminate composites are analyzed. Finally, combined with the main problems in the existing research, the future development direction of continuous FR-MILCs is prospected.
